Guy Found Dead That Fell Through Glass of Bedroom Door
A triangular piece of glass penetrated his right armpit. He was bleeding and sat down on his bed but fainted and collapsed in shock on the floor and found dead later on.

Wonder if the glass door company has had other deaths from the lousy grade of glass they use. Seems not too hard to switch to safer glass...but noooo!
