Approximately 30,000 years ago, when it was still legal to leave minors in a locked car with the windows cracked on a temperate Spring day while their mother ran into the store, my older brother and I would use the car cigarette lighter to singe hairs and stink up the car. I can only imagine the sucker who got zapped on the train must've smelled like that times a million.  |

It's like one of those mosquito traps that lures in insects and fries them. Good against overpopulation, I'd assume.
