i have contacted the ADA many times with no help,ive also been on the city for a couple of years,,used to date the gal in charge of this department..were still friends..but she just keeps telling me theres no money..but once i informed her i contacted a lawyer...shes picked up the process.

In order for Medicare to even consider paying for one of these scooters your dr needs to write a letter of medical necessity of why you need a scooter to conduct your ADLs (activities of daily living) INSIDE YOUR HOME. Not that you need your scooter to cruise around time. Fucker should have been on the sidewalk!
