With ALL dem Scooters Passing Him On the Right, He Kept Going! Continuing With His Right Turn From the Left Lane As the Last Scooter Rider In the White Helmet Just Made It Before He Runs Over Disabled Scooterman! And As "ALWAYS", dah Ass-ians Just Keep Scooting Along! And! dey Let These Madafarkahs Drive Here!!!............... "A" Most def! Re: Guy in Electric Mobility Scooter Crushed to Death by Cement Mixer Truck
In the advanced asian countries, Japan, Taiwan and the like. The right lane is the "lane splitting" lane for motorcycle and such. The Truck driver is not allowed in that lane prior to the intersection. He was doing what he was supposed to, the old man on the scooter should have known he couldn't have made it past the truck before he turned, after all the truck had his blinker on (for a change). The truck driver, to me is at fault 0%. It's all on the scooter pancake. |

Re: Guy in Electric Mobility Scooter Crushed to Death by Cement Mixer Truck
They had lots of respect for the deceased They busted out the privacy screens, edited the deceased on the film (something most of us DR folk hate). Got to at least give them a high five for being up to speed on the removal of the deceased. |
