Haiti lacks any functional justice system, so communities sometimes band up and publicly lynch, torture and burn people they deem to be criminals. Many African countries practice this kind of mob justice, as well as parts of latin america. |

Cannibalism by African tribes has sorcery/religious origin. It is actually part of their "*******", they eat their enemies to reduce their capability of revenge from the grave, sort of like the 72 virgins promised to Muslims or the promise to go to heaven and sit to the right of the lord kind of bullshit. |
