Re: Guy Douses Himself with Flammable Liquid Before Setting Himself on Fire
That instant regret is a wonderful thing. Lends so much more respect to the monks who power through that shit.

Sharp sword or a butcher knife to navel at 45 degrees is more effective but less dramatic so let's do it wrong for the "F"'s in the chat.

Re: Guy Douses Himself with Flammable Liquid Before Setting Himself on Fire
Now I'm sure this really helped along with his working towards resolving whatever issues he had to begin with, no?. "I really showed'em now," huh... He finally got back at the system or at "her" or whatever... What a fucking cretin. The only attenuating circumstances this moron might possibly be granted, is if he was mentally ill. Had he possessed even a pea-sized brain—which he clearly doesn't—it would have dawned on him beforehand, that if he were to proceed and go through with his plans to self-immolate, in the end he will find himself in an infinitely worse position then whatever he had dealing with on his plate to begin with. Hindsight is always a bitch, isn't it? Short-sightedness sure leaves a burning taste in your mouth, especially when you set yourself on fire, doesn't it? According to this guy: "The solution to suffering?" Let's pile on arguably one of the worst—if not the worst—forms of suffering there is. It just bogles the mind((( |

I was thinking about Thích Quảng Đức while watching this too. The man just sat there in meditation and didn't make a single sound. Pretty big contrast between the two.
