Re: Guy Decapitated His Dad's Head and Played Football with It

There are occasionally cases where it is justified, or at least understandable. Gypsy Rose Blanchard being one example. If you are unfamiliar with the case I suggest having a look at it.

Nope. Nope. Nope.
There are many horrible things that parents sometimes do to their children, but it never, EVER, excuses their murder, unless, as with anyone else, the child was in imminent danger from their parent at the time, defending their own life.
I will share that I happened to be severely psychologically and emotionally abused growing up, with a smattering of early physical abuse, into my early adulthood. I was literally ignored and left to my own devices, and so, it turned out that I raised myself from the age of 11 years.
So, as a survivor of that childhood trauma, I feel more than qualified to respond here, and I will say that I do NOT agree with that. At all.
I don’t see how the parent’s murder would help, or even be justified in this man’s situation, nor any other abuse situation (barring imminent danger), as it was not excused in the Gypsy Rose case either.
I don’t buy it as an excuse.

Besides, this man has mental issues, completely different situation. His father’s murder was also not justified in ANY way, shape, or form!

With the GRB case I don't think it was 100% justified but I definitely would say in her case understandable. I am not trying to backtrack to be agreeable - it's clear we have very different opinions on the subject.

I think your attitude is commendable considering your own life experiences. I am a person who does bear grudges, Which is really unnecessary baggage and it only weighs a person down. I recognize that but can't change it. It is what it is.

Thanks for sharing your story. I hope you are not destroyed by it all, that you can still be happy in life

Sometimes I wonder how bad things have to get for you to actually kill your own parents

Ostia!
Joder!
Me cago en mis muertos!

I bet his dad must have played pool with his ass, or forced him to give him head, why else would you kill your own father and play soccer with his head

Sorry to learn that, a question is still standing for me, are you a man or a woman?

I believe a woman would be more inclined to have a response such as yours in a greater percentage of similar events than men.

Gypsy Rose Blanchard resorted to a stabbing murder which shows a rather emotional response, the Spaniard murderer in this case shows a rage response, he beheaded the father and brutalized his head, a more masculine testosterone-ladden response.

I thank you, and despite my beginning, or because of it, I’m very happy and grateful in life.
I definitely understand it, wanting to kill for revenge, especially in a case such as GRB’s. Believe me, I understand wanting payback for the pain more than most, but one thing I always think about is that regardless of potentially committing murder, the past and how it affects you will remain unchanged by such an act, and then you have a whole different problem to deal with.
All that can change how you feel about the things that happened to you is how you think about them. You can use them to hold you back, hold you down, or you can be stronger than those feelings, stronger than the one who hurt you…
But that’s me.
