Guy Crosses the Street, Grabs His Junk, Gets Shot Twice by 2 Elements on a Bike
A young Brazilian man identified as A. L. P, 18, left his house, crossed the street where he lived and in less than 1 minute fell down agonizing with two shots to the chest fired by two elements on a bike. Due to the circumstance in which the crime took place, Homicide Police officers suspect that the victim was lured out of the house and fell into a fatal trap after receiving a call from the bikers. The young man could not resist and died shortly after entering the operating room of the Hospital and Emergency Room. |

Well, as graduate of the Columbian Criminology and Plumbing University, I can attest that this was NOT done by "squirrel elements". More investigation will be needed. |

It seems like no one gives a tinker's damn about wallets anymore. Usually, the victims probably don't have much money anyway. But, the criminals will take the time to take your phone in the blink of an eye. This hasn't been the 21st century I envisioned. |

I'm often surprised that there are cameras in these places
