Not shooting at head. But there was a case on Forensic Files, someone at a shooting range shot their gun off and the bullet traveled all the way to a park(?) where a man sitting on a lawn chair was killed by the bullet.

And interesting. I never thought about the partitions at these gun ranges, are they bullet proof themselves? And there are a handful of vids of people shooting someone or themselves in these booths!

Damn. You can even see the bullet strike the range wall in the background. Watch for it right after he pulls the trigger - just a split second after the red mist cloud begins. He didn't miss hitting one of the other range users by very much at all.
