You'd say this is a 'safe' place to change a tire? Well, then maybe you deserve to die as well. It's pretty well known that only an IDIOT changes a tire on the side of a major highway. I consider a safe place to change a tire would be a mechanic shop, or my driveway. I would NEVER sit my ass on the side of a major highway like that. Infact, I won't even pull over for the police. The last time a cop tried to pull me over on a highway, I signalled, took the closest off ramp, and then pulled over. The cop was pissed, by I told him I wasn't risking my life so he could write me a ticket.

Yes - that was so stupid to sit there on the road - why they didn't stay inside the bus is beyond me or were they trying to change the tire?. But WTF was that car doing driving off the road to begin with??. They need to learn to drive and then to drive off after hitting someone - WTF. They are all idiots here.
