A lot of you guys seem to be missing the point. It looks like the bike rider was there to collect a debt but he knew the guy. The guy couldn't pay up. So, the bike rider probably had no choice but to kill him or to be killed himself from his higher ups. The bike rider's instructions were probably to collect the debt or take the guy's life if he couldn't pay. At least, that's how I see it. |
