Bigger is always better but quality .22lr ammo is no joke, I've seen many testing videos of the ammo nearly going through 18" gel blocks.

In this circumstance, 'thief' could mean that he stole something (ie; Drugs/Money) like someone else mentioned, or they are saying he's a thief because he stole the guys wife.
