On Monday night, Mohammed N, 34, was at the seating area of a wine shop when attackers first threw chili powder into his eyes to blind him, preventing him from escaping before they brutally assaulted him on the spot before fleeing the scene. He died instantly from severe head injuries and heavy bleeding.

Used were knives and sickles to repeatedly hack and stab his head and right hand. Also an iron pan was found at the location, which was used to inflict heavy blunt force trauma to his head. Also wine bottles were used.

The police are investigating J.K.M as the key suspect. The complaint stated that both had a longstanding dispute and that the former had allegedly threatened to kill him.

Reports show that both have a history sheeters with multiple cases registered against them. Sheeters are people that are repeatedly involved in criminal activities. A rowdy sheeter is someone that is placed under police surveillance. They are regularly monitored, their movements are tracked and they are often summoned to the police station for questioning during times of tension or elections to prevent trouble.
