You should always play with guns around other people.
You should definitely point your gun playfully at your bestys and pull the trigger.
Good gun etiquette is everybody's responsibility.

Re: Guy "accidentally" Shoots His Friend Inside Business

as everyone said already, how the fuck could anyone say that was an accident? he picks up the gun, appears to possibly load the clip, DEFINITELY racks it, points and fires dead on in the chest.

thats as clear murder as you can get. whoever his lawyer is, he should be paid fuckin quadruple.

Re: Guy "accidentally" Shoots His Friend Inside Business

He was visibly seething when he hung up the phone and it's quite obvious he intentionally grabbed the handgun, cocked it back, pointed, and shot. This is not an accident by any stretch of the imagination. The idiot probably thought he was somehow out of the camera's view and could pull off the "accident" bs. Of course he found some sucker lawyer to go along with it.

Watch the shooter during the phone call and the face he makes once he gets off the phone. He looks like he is grimacing almost angry, not the face you make before pretend shoot at a guy before you loaded it with a clip you thought was empty. Looked pissed and acted inclusively by shooting him. Murder but not premeditated.

This happened in the city of Dečanе/Дечане

Kosovo is Serbia

Gun ownership is legal in Kosovo. What makes you say that this particular firearm is illegal?

Kosovo declared independence from Serbia in 2008. The majority of other world nations and nation- organizations (NATO, EU, UN, OIC) recognize Kosovo as an independent nation. :goldstar:
