I don't care what race the gunman is, the cops should've shot him sooner, waaay too many civilians around. But these cops honestly seem retarded, one cop (face mask guy) turns his back on the gunman, another keeps walking behind another officer while aiming down range...and why the hell would they leave cover to approach him in the open?
