You’ll notice at 0:38, the centre black-clad douche places his rifle on a table to his right to attend to beheading the dude in the middle, and the his buddy on his right at 1:05 also puts down his weapon to assist him, leaving the victim he was holding at gunpoint unattended with clear access to both weapons.

I’m not saying he could have grabbed one of the weapons and have turned shit around, but in a situation as grisly as that, anything is worth a shot.
