A fatal accident occurred on the afternoon of Monday, January 19. Security cameras captured the exact moment of the traffic accident involving a couple who were traveling on a two-wheeled vehicle and collided head-on with a tractor-trailer.

The footage shows a car pulling into the road, and the driver of the two-wheeled vehicle attempting to swerve to avoid colliding with the other vehicle, but losing control. As a result, they veered into the lane where the heavy transport vehicle was traveling. The truck was unable to brake in time and struck the two riders, causing the death of one of them.

The deceased was identified as Marco A.D., who was traveling with his wife. She was transported to the National Hospital of Puerto Barrios with serious injuries.

The bike was moving too fast for the conditions. White car pulled out in front of him, pushing him out of the lane. I guess he could have gambled with hitting the car instead. They were definitely not dress for the slide.
