It's dawning on me that this is one of the most fucked up deaths I have seen on DR. There is just so much wrong (or right if you are a real sicko ). The stuntman driving thru a fire tunnel to win perhaps 70 Pound (80 US Dollars) worth of garbage Little League / AYSO soccer trophies and ribbons. His "World Record" car jumps of a few feet, compare that to the more recent Mini Cooper jumping 100+ feet IIRC. The stuntman isn't some malicious undead looking grease monkey past his expiration date, he is a pleasant, likeable looking man in a period frilly shirt tux that gets burned right off him.

In the second or third video, the sound is not synched with the image. You can hear the bales burning and then a sickening scream at about 50 seconds, then a man says something like "get the boy fuckin' out". The scream might be the stuntman burning up.

The hay bales are held up by a steel fence that looks impenetrable on all sides. Who the fuck thought up that death structure? In the video, he might have crawled out on the ground to the opening at the end of the tunnel, but was catching a wall of wind blown flame on his face and was probably blinded / injured.

With that steel cage death setup, why didn't they have big firetruck(s) or do the stunts near a hydrant with hoses pressurized and ready to soak the obstacle in seconds?

Fucking eerie 'entertainment gone fatal' shit, more macabre than that Jane airplane wing walker video, more macabre than that pre-teen girl who crashed her plane trying to set some age World Record record for flight.

My guess is that when he went back into the tunnel the temperature had risen so high that his clothes burst into flames from the radiated heat, and everything went downhill for him after that.
