Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Fire Brigade must be high on acid, they make worthless rescuers. But they have cool psychedelic uniforms and period mustachios. The music is groovy and keeps up when the stuntman is pulled fully cooked from the fire with rigid limbs. Only us "9 to 5'ers" live to tell the tale... |

i'm guessing he lost consciousness due to oxygen deprivation or toxic gas poisoning. if his bike had merely quit it seems he could have quite easily jumped out of the flames.
