I only heard one shot. Is it possible the victim was wanted for murder and the policeman was in pursuit? He should have followed the policeman's orders. I've seen episodes of, "Cops", where they cops wait as long as possible while people pretend to have a gun in their pocket and it turns out to be a cell phone or a toy gun. They are paid to serve and protect and cannot wait until they are shot or wounded to respond. |

Yep, that's possible. It's also possible they were pursuing him because he was DB Cooper. Or Jack the Ripper. Or one of the JFK shooters. Or some guy who wanted to phone home. Seriously with these bullshit/idiotic defenses created out of thin air which completely discount what is seen on video? By this logic, the guy COULD HAVE had an atom bomb in his ass and for that the cops shown here are justified in their trigger happy ways. "To serve and protect" my fucking ass. More like to use your gun immediately instead of bothering to use your fucking brain for a millisecond. |

Strait up murder. Thug or not. of course the guy moved, kinda involuntary when bullets are ripping through your body. Cop language, " I'm looking for the knife he had" that means someone get throw down knife and plant it quick. The only valid reason to shoot a man in that way is if he was some sort of child molester. Cap his ass. But come on this cop had his mind made up when he was hiding behind the SUV. Poor Ernie was dead when he pulled up his own street. Fucking Cops. And the Fireman one handing chest compressions. Dudes dead. All douche bags. Way past what dead Ernie ever did...

I have never been asked to get out of my car with my arms raised, lie on the ground or had my person or vehicle searched at any time. I've been driving for 40 years and always pull right over, but, I've only been stopped five times. I got one ticket for speeding, one for bad stickers in my mother's car, and two warnings for speeding and once for having my third brake light out. I think I've had only four or five parking tickets. Police don't bother me because I'm always legal to the best of my knowledge. |
