Just from the video itself, I would definitely call this unjustified. Any knife can be thrown and cause injury or death if done right, so defend yourself, that's fine. However, if you're an officer and have a gun, chances are you've practiced how and where to aim and shoot in several situations. I've always thought officers were trained to shoot to injure, not kill, in as many situations as possible. He could've been taken down without being taken out. Thirteen shots, some of which while he was already down seems to me like either panic or a happy trigger finger.

that there is called a "Failure to stop drill" it is a fucked up rule the cops HAVE TO FOLLOW. shoot twice count 2 seconds and if still moving and "resisting' they empty the magazine. it is department protocol for every single PD in the country it is FUCKED IN THE WORST WAY that they do this shit |

We had a incident like this In Sweden too, a robber with a fake weapon got shot in the head, murder I say. And the police shot some dogs with no actual reason.
