Why do people always have to question the cops when the criminals run or don't listen to the cops instructions? the guy was obviously reaching for something and acting like he was going to run or get a gun. If people do that they then they are causing the cop to react. again the whole accountability issue with America. It's always someone or something to blame for peoples' actions. If you think you could do better then get badged and lead by example instead of MMQ on the sidelines after the fact.

You know what? Fuck him. He would be alive if he wasn't acting irratically and just froze as instructed. Go see the video on this site that shows the young cop telling the guy with a rifle to stop over 10 times and then gets killed. One less POS on the street that can cause harm to his wife, kids or another innocent person on the street.

I worked as a bounty hunter in Kansas City (not a cop, more dangerous though) and I have fired my weapon on a person before. It didn't kill them, but I will say that when you are scared you don't count rounds fired. Cop did his job.  |

He definately deserved it! If he complied with the cops orders, he would still be alive. I thought the cop showed amazing restraint and professionalism by not putting a bullet in the head of that loud mouth bitch!  |
