Somebody should 1) stop the lady's bleeding 2) cover that poor lady's quim. It's dwarfed and looks sad next to the leg gashes / wounds.

She has a nasty gash. And her injuries are horrible, too. (I had to Google "quim". It was exactly what I thought it was.)
