Yes, but if you saw somebody with known mental issues and a knife, like this man, would you consider how mentally disturbed the person was before you decided to help or not? Maybe they are having a manic episode or something upsetting happened that tipped the scale... When do you know how much mental illness is too much or not enough? Doesn’t hold up as valid.

It's strange isn't it? I haven't got a violent bone in my body either, and yet, I log in to DR every bloody day, I wonder why that is? I bet most of the members of this site are non violent. Of course, I could be wrong.
