Some brief research via Google turned up the following information (put in description if you wish): The girl recieved this punishment for "gossiping" about the wife of a drug kingpin, presumably the wife of on of the men who was banging her. Also apparently what the men say in the video indicates that they raped and tortured her afterward (but apparently did not kill her).
