None of you are close! These particular group of guys are from Belmopan, next to Belize City. They were notorious for about 4 years . Their trade mark was to shave womens heads and then super glue their lips and their eyes shut. Im serious! They would then be dropped off in their town in that condition. Fortunately it only happens about 4 times within the 5 year span. The women live but under extreme humiliation from their small communities.
