She got cut in half by the roof and portion of the windshield at high speed impact. Her lower torso entered the vehicle and her hips/legs went the opposite direction. What seemed funny (overkill) is the EMT was attempting to do C-Spine precautions (holding her cervical spine in line) while her upper torso was strewn on the tarp. She may have survived that for a few minutes, but all that trauma is too much for the body. Shock would have settled in and organ shut down would begin.
I was under the impression that the EMT was holding her head up slightly so the crime scene photographer could take a better picture.
