I glad she was able to receive medical treatment. She'll likely have pain issues the rest of her life, but they should be able to patch up her hands and feet.

I don't agree with beating someone to the point they are disfigured, but maybe public beatings should be en vogue again. It might discourage theft, etc. Just a thought.
