Upper East Region, Ghana Mohammed S.A., a local district director of the National Health Insurance Authority, was murdered in cold blood by unknown assailants. His carbonized body was found inside a car, which had been set alight. Further details on the murder suggested that Mohammed was shot dead, before his body was set on fire. |
