Seriously it’s almost like the judge sided with attacker. That appeared to be attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon, robbery, and prostitution. Also that was no robbery; that was murder(well attempted) followed by situational theft. The theft had to be an afterthought. I mean that guys place was filthy as shit; which would indicate to me this was anything but premeditated robbery. |

I get the feeling many murders go down like that one did (almost did, anyway.) Not the homosexuality, of course, but the ambush. One party has it in their head they are going to seriously harm the other, and that party is unsuspecting, even enjoying themselves. Hence the very beginning when the john says "Hang on a sec, hey, that HURTS!" Yeah, buddy, it hurts because the stranger you brought in to play swordfight with is a homicidal maniac and stashed a filet knife in HIS ASS.  Creepy doesn't begin to cover it.
