I agree! It’s a clear cut case of self defenSe. If someone did that to me, I would’ve ABSOLUTELY shot him! It was a reasonable threat. The dude had every right! Not only did he pull a gun, he acted irrationally AND aggressively. Too much testosterone AND stoopidity! |

Unfortunately the incident appears to be of road rage and getting out of the car with a gun in hand can trigger the Indiana's stand your ground law, Unfortunate but possibly self-defense.

Wait, why is that unfortunate? It's clearly justified. Some unhinged maniac approaching you yelling and screaming with a firearm is an obvious threat. The driver of the other car shouldn't have to sit around and see if the idiot plans on using it before shooting.
