That's ridiculous. Gas station robberies in the US are as common as Bank robberies. It takes a a simple Google search to pull up results spanning years to this present day. C'mon man. Don't act brand new.

wasnt a robbery !, the bag was picked up to make it look like one. Two grown men can easily take that bag with minimum force, she wouldnmt have been able to do a thing about it.

MANILA, Philippines - A 29-year-old female gasoline attendant, B. M, is dead-on-the-spot after a gunshot wound to the head of one of the two holders after refusing to hand over a sling bag containing cash money their station, at Purok 4, Felipe Vergara Road, Barangay Talipapa, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija.

According to the report, around 9:30 pm on Saturday, the victim was busy loading gas on the motorcycles of two suspects who pretended to be customers when declaring a hold and forcibly removing the sling bag.

The victim did not consent until another suspect went behind her and shot her in the head.

It was here that two suspects seized the victim's sling bag allegedly containing P2,500 cash($49.45) as part of the proceeds of the said gas station that day.

The assailants then fled aboard a black Kawasaki Bajaj motorcycle.

Police said a dragnet operation was launched to arrest the robbers.

Police have reviewed the CCTV footage of the said gas station to identify the two culprits.

Thanks Kellyhound. I guessed 50 USD because they probably restrict how much cash she carries to try to prevent robberies. And the robbers doubtless knew that and decided to kill her over less than $100. Maybe to eliminate the witness? Or maybe girls pumping gas are known to be fast draw gunslingers and often return fire, so an element of surprise is necessary...
