I'm almost ashamed at how funny I found this. Here's some foreigner standing on top of a fuel truck at a gas station parked like right in the middle of the fuel tanks and look what he does. LOL, I love how you can even see him digging around in his pocket for it a few seconds before intentionaly igniting an open flame directly in the presence of a massive amount of one of the worlds most combustable substances. Fuckin Moron!!
