i wouldn't blame Russia here. these kids took their extremist ideas to a level that got way out of hand. i don't blame the US for some of the serial killings/gang violence etc nor Iraq for the Muslim extremists. a few bad apples. Russia just seems to like to videotape theirs :/ that or other countries just do a better job of suppressing footage. Fundamentalism/extremism is to blame, not Russians. either way though this was very, very hard to watch. it wasn't as brutal as the Dneprotovskalfoierhg;sbvnncx maniacs video, that shit haunted me for months. i do call them cowards because they picked unarmed, defenseless, quiet, harmless homeless people to butcher  . i just hope that the poor souls didn't feel much   there is a special place in Hell reserved for those kids
