Manuel Otto, a 30-year-old who was best known for creating the mobile jump-and-run game "Stick Run", which launched in 2010, ended his life by committing self-immolation whilst on a Twitch livestream.

In his Discord server, Manuel had said in March this year that he was suffering from metastatic cancer.

Upper Bavaria South police confirmed that a fire had broken out in an attic apartment in Breitbrunn am Chiemsee, killing a 30-year-old man and causing property damage estimated in the mid-five-figure euro range. A fellow resident of the apartment had largely extinguished the fire by the time firefighters arrived.

From comments I have seen, it seems earlier in the stream, while dressed as a woman, he hit himself and tied himself to the couch before the self-immolation.
