Look at the 4 second mark, it looks like he got hit because of blood spray and the fact he is still laying on the ground

He didn't get shot, if he would of at that close range from that high caliber weapon it would of have cut him in half. The bullet hit cement post throwing debris everywhere. He is lucky though that it didn't ricochet onto him.
What are you talking about didint you see the torrent of blood, he was pulverized
