Nah, he didn't get hit by anything other than the "over pressure" or "muzzle blast" which is still going to be very painful! Especially as most of these idiots don't have any hearing protection. My Barrett 50 BMG feels like you are getting slapped in the face when you shoot it, I can only imagine how much a 20mm must feel! YIKES!
