The guy who struck him seemed pretty pissed off too... must have shattered his windscreen and now he can't drive anywhere. I highly doubt the cameraman knew the dead guy, but he must have sensed something was going to happen. I mean... drunk guy, lot's of traffic, cellphone camera... how could you resist?
