Body language alone is enough to tell that this is fake.
twitches after death was caused by reflexes. Both of them were using their body weight to move around. Something that reflex movement dont take into account. Even if they were still alive and almost die, I think moving your arms to cover your wound would be something that everyone would do in panic rather than flailing your legs around uselessly.
