I'm sure it's quite REAL. People making the claim that it's FAKE just don't want to except the FACT that it's real. So what's so hard to believe about it? I think it's a very efficient way to store human bodies before they ship them off to the MED students for dissection.

I going with fake too. Although, if you don't mind shelling out some bucks, you can pick up a fairly realistic "Frozen Head" and use it to scare the crap out of your friends.   |

I think it’s real. The cuts are a little strange, they seem to be more on the side of the necks. And yes I do see some caps. The clamps could have dowels that when lifted they clamp together and the dowels could hook the ear holes and easily lift Emily off the table and into line with the rest. One had a nice chest. If I had to go I’d be hanging behind her lol  |
