Most of the FSA are defectors. Well they claim to be a moderate with the only objective to overthrow Assad. There are definitely some hardline Islamists among them who view the Alawites as infidels.However though, apparently there are some Alawites among them a well. FSA posing with black flag of jihad Wahhabi in a Syrian mosque posing with the fsa flag and wanting to create an Islamic caliphate Syrian Rebels want Strict Sharia (Islamic Law) Also one of their brigades is called al-Bara' ibn Malik Martyrs Brigade. The brigade holds the same name of another brigade of Islamic state of iraq. |
