Two of the men died - a 41-year-old died instantly, and a 24-year-old died of cervical spine injuries in hospital. The other man in the group, aged 41, was immediately hospitalised, and his prognosis is not life-threatening. 28 cases of 7.62 were reportedly found on scene.

According to the police, the 41-year-old deceased had been involved in “acts of violence with a weapon” against a woman in a nightclub in 2019. The 24-year-old had a criminal record for “ordinary offences”. The surviving victim was not known to the police.

The Peugeot 2008 used by the shooters was found burnt down, with an assault rifle left behind. An investigation has been opened into the charges of "murder" and "attempted murder", all as part of an organized gang, as well as "criminal conspiracy to commit a crime", "destruction by dangerous means as part of an organized gang", and "receiving stolen goods as part of an organized gang".

The Marseille prosecutor's office specifies that it has also opened an investigation into the dissemination of video surveillance images, punishable by 3 years of imprisonment and a fine of €45,000.

They were prior to the migrant invasion. But that's technically irrelevant, cause the people shot were also migrants.

It's pretty strange that he stayed still and didn't go straight into reverse when you think how many people have died in rampaging terrorist attacks in France with AK47's being used, exclusively by muslims, to shoot random people in public.
