Four Members of the Nicaraguan Army Lose Their Lives in a Traffic Accident
Four members of the Special Forces of the Fifth Regional Military Command of the Nicaraguan Army tragically lost their lives Friday night in a serious traffic accident on the highway, in the Boaco department. At least four injured people were rushed to the Primary Hospital and one was taken in critical condition to a Hospital in Juigalpa. The accident apparently occurred when the truck in which the officers were traveling was struck by a semitrailer truck driven by José L.M.B, 35. The semitrailer was transporting heavy machinery. The deceased soldiers are a Lieutenant J. A, Third Sergeant J. Z, Third Sergeant J. S. M. and Private N. A. G. |

So were there 8 people in the car or was it two cars and a semi?  That’s a helluva wreck and wreckage. It’s always interesting to me seeing junk metal like that when it was a vehicle with body lines, trim, lights, windows and doors. Now it’s just scrap metal sold for weight. |

Good grief! What carnage! Is it just me or do blood and guts accidents like this only seem to happen elsewhere but in the US? Do we just not hear of them here? Vehicle accidents with decapitations and piles of unrecognizable flesh that was once a human being? Of all crashes to occur, a semi hauling massive construction equipment? Unimaginable - until viewing it here. Sorry - this one shook me up. |
