Found Drowned with a Bag of Stones Tied Around His Neck
Ecuador, With a bag of stones tied around his neck, an unidentified man was found floating and drowned in a river near a bridge. Criminalistics agents arrived at the site to lift the body from the water and take it to the Institute of Forensic Sciences for identification.
