those small holes reminds me of a call i went on...guy was going to kill himself,he had a 22 revolver and held it at an odd angle or something..i know shit about guns,but the bullet went through the skin,hit the skull and traveled up and over the top of his head to just over the crest...you could see it sittin there....he was laughin when we walked up to the porch..thought he wasnt the vic..then he says..no look...see the blood?..and then he MOVED the little bullet around...
