Isparta, Turkey A 61-year-old truck driver, E.S., was busy covering his trailer with a tarpaulin at a cement factory when 30-year-old forklift driver S.Y. crushed him whilst reversing his vehicle. The forklift driver's statement was taken, and he was released. |

This is one reason why those things are supposed to have loud reversing beepers on them. And, of course, the dumbfuck forklift driver should be watching where he is going! |

That was just totally shit driving. Should be done for manslaughter. When I got my licence in the UK we were taught that if you kill someone through negligence or incompetence you will be arrested, and you will be charged with industrial manslaughter which most often means a custodial sentence.
