I don't think that was water it skipped across, the water(and someone break down the science for me please) MAY have actually slowed down(or stopped) that cement from it's mission. I could be wrong about it, but...and why stupid parents? I will agree that they ALL should not have been so close, but it really was a freak accident, everything else BUT that rock stayed put.

Thats unfortunate but awesome!  The camerman was lucky to still be alive! Id be freaking out if I came that close to death! Plus that sound it makes as it blasts through the crowd is crazy  |

That's sad! A day out with family turns to a mournfilled day! That rubble that hit them was dead-on!!! like , this may sound weird, but as if they were destined to leave this plain of existance; as if "GOD" called them "home"....... SAD
