If a pit bull is charging after my ass- well, to quote Detective Harry Callahan: "I shoot the bastard." That dog owner should be fine, not for criminal behavior but for criminal STUPIDITY. I love dogs, but to use a cliche: there are no bad dogs, just bad dog owners that poorly (or brutally) socialize their animals to be duly or unduly aggressive...or are just plain fucking STUPID like the dumb cunt in this video.
