It would be the driver's problem in THIS country because of the video. It clearly shows the driver acknowledging the woman because she used the horn. She could have slammed on the brakes instead of beeping. But all that is a bit advanced, abstract, and legalistic. The "Not-the-driver's-problem" attitude is much easier on the intellect. Its the same attitude that is prevalent in lesser countries which partly makes what they are. There are many people in this country who are better suited for such places.

Shit, that was a brutal hit, you could see her head hit the windshield.   And I think both are at fault here; the lady should have watched where she going and the driver should have slammed on the brakes or tried to swerve. |

she sounded her horn about 3 seconds before she braked, odd,i guess she thought the woman would make it but didnt ! one second is all it takes, we all think were so worldly wise and hard and we are all as gullable as fuck and pen to mr fate every second of our lives, live well, party hard and take your music loud , enjoy good food and fuck cyclists and marathon runners where ever possible, stupid fuckers !!  |
