Without a...group effort, it’s usually impossible. Everything is connected. You can’t have a clean town if you aren’t going to put easily accessible community trash bins around the entire town. You’re going to need an organized town dump if you can’t offer curbside trash pickups. I lived in upstate NY and the neighborhood I lived in, we had to bring our trash to the town dump. You’re going to have to teach students about keeping their town clean, have community clean up types of schemes. Outreach to other schools in neighboring towns. Everything is connected. |
